Frequently asked questions
- How much does it cost to photograph an apartment?
- The price depends on the size of the property, the final number of photographs, the location and the depth of editing. After a short call about the property I send an exact quote — no surprises.
- How many photographs does a listing need?
- Between 15 and 25 for an average apartment. Fewer leaves the buyer with questions; more dilutes the strong images. The aim is that they understand the property in full, and only then pick up the phone.
- How long does delivery take?
- Standard delivery is within three business days. When a listing has to go live tomorrow, expedited delivery can be arranged.
- How should the property be prepared?
- Clear the surfaces, switch off screens, open the curtains and hide cables. I send a proper checklist before every shoot, and it is the single biggest factor in the result.
- Can an occupied apartment be photographed?
- Absolutely. Most of the apartments I photograph are lived in. We tidy the rooms together before shooting — it adds about fifteen minutes and changes the result entirely.
- What is different about photographing a commercial development?
- A retail buyer is not asking how attractive the space is — they are asking who walks past it. So the shoot covers the site in its surroundings from the air, the exposure each unit has from the street, and the facade at twilight. A project still under construction is also photographed in stages, because some shots cannot be recreated once it is finished.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Central Israel, the Sharon and the Shfela. Outside that area by arrangement, and it can usually be combined with another property on the same day.
