2. What this site is

This is the marketing site of a real estate and architectural photography business. It presents work, explains what each service includes, and lets you submit an enquiry.

There is no online sale, no payment processing, and no way to place a binding order through the site.

3. The content is not a binding offer

Descriptions, scopes and examples on this site are general information only and do not constitute an offer under Israeli contract law.

An engagement is created only through a written quote specific to the property, issued after the details are discussed and approved by both parties. Scope, number of photographs, delivery dates and price are set there — not here.

Typographical errors, display faults or outdated details are not binding.

4. Copyright in the photographs

All photographs, videos, text, design and marks on this site are protected by copyright and belong to Maor Shalem unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, publicly display, create derivative works from, crop, edit or remove identifying marks from any photograph or video on this site — for commercial or any other purpose — without prior written permission.

No licence is granted by this site. Viewing a photograph confers no rights in it. Even a client who commissioned a shoot receives only the scope of use set out in their quote; any use beyond it requires separate consent.

Use of this site's content to train artificial intelligence models, for data mining or for automated collection (scraping) is expressly prohibited and is not covered by any implied permission.

5. Permitted and prohibited use

You may browse the site, view it, and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not: disrupt or overload the site, attempt to access restricted systems or areas, circumvent security measures, use automated tools to harvest content, impersonate another person, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

You may not submit another person's details through the form without their consent.

6. Submitting the contact form

Providing your details is voluntary. They are used to get back to you and to prepare a quote, and for no other purpose.

How the information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement and does not oblige Maor to provide any service.

7. Availability

The site is provided as is. Continuous availability is not guaranteed, and it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside the operator's control.

The operator may change the site's structure, content and the services presented on it, or discontinue it, without prior notice.

8. Links to other sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites and services. The operator has no control over them and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Liability

Use of the site is at the user's sole risk.

The operator will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damage arising from use of the site or reliance on information in it.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
